I also have to make 360 degrees panoramics of the sites. I found a great program for PC that joins the pictures into a big scene, it's at www.pixaround.com.
Wouldn't it be nice if I could see those panoramics in the newton? Well, I'm lucky. Today I found a piece of code from the amazing Lee Moon that does just that, show a picture as a 360 degrees panoramic, with source code! it's at Marco Mailand web page.
Newton dose

You know you need it.

My new job involves prospection of base stations for cellular communications. I have to use topographic maps, GPS equipment and digital pictures. And the newton is a great tool for all these things!
Looking for GPS solutions, I found a discontinued program, MapPad. I only could find references to it in the web archive. Fortunately, it had the programs and a couple of sample maps. I made a serial key generator for it, everything will be on UNNA soon. I hope I'll find a way to make new maps looking at the code with ViewFrame.
